lets do some cookings...

salam...
weekend kali ni, mood memasak dtg la pulak...banyak btui resepi yg dicuba, mmg hobby btui la...
mmg bes msk2 ni, tp payahnya bila dah masak tu, kena la makan, bila dah makan tu, jgn la nak bersungut berat naik la,apa la....hihi, dats juz d nature's rule...bila dah makan bnyk, phm2 sdiri la...

oleh sbb ada tepung kastard yg bawak dr malaysia, n i barely use d flour, so, alang2 dah ada mood nak masak, i came up with d idea of making puding kastard...n ada strawberi yg beli ari2, so, guna je la, buat hias sikit2...hihi,konon je...

pas2, mmg ada 1 resepi ni, mmg dah lama teringin nak cuba...1 first saw this recipe on self.com, konon2 la time tu nak cari resepi yg low calories, haha... resepi ni xguna tepung nor butter, instead dia guna gula yg agak bnyk sbnrnya(mayb boleh kurangkan kot,sbb agak manis), white eggs only, walntus and cocoa powder... but d result was quite hampeh sbnrnya...most of d cookies got burnt(haha), n d survived ones actually tasted like brownies...hihi...lawak seh...
oo,from self.com tu, dia redirected kita ke website ni, lunacafe, website ni menarik, sbb resepi2 nya ada banyak gmbr n method pun sgt details... i don really recommend these cookies' recipe, but u can try it if u feel like to... 1 is bcoz once d cookies cool down, they got sticked on d aluminium foil, when i managed to pull them, d round shape had gone, all were broken apart alredi,huhu...

The batter, actually it shud be kept for a night, to make sure that d consistency is thick enuf to prevent it from dispersing while in oven, but i cudnt wait that long...layan je

still hot n warm...hihi, ni time blum detach dr aluminium foil, dats y it's still in shape...huhu

then, hari ni, buat karipap jugak... dah lama xbuat karipap, dah x ingat brapa sukatan yg btui...so telefon mak td, untuk tnya apa resepi mak...
mak ckp, kalau untuk bakar, tepung:butter = 2:1, tp kalau untuk nak goreng, butter kurangkan, coz nanti akan rs sgt berminyak...so,jadinya untuk goreng tu, secawan tepung, guna 2 susu besar butter.. pas2 gaul2kan butter n tepung gandum tu, then masukkan air sejuk( dr peti ais ke), bole jugak tmbh grm, the
n uli sampai xlekat kat tgn dah... siap untuk pastri...

mcm tamak,kan?huhu...xda,bukan makan sorang2 pun...so,xpa la banyak pun...

karipap...bentuk x sekata...saiz apa ntah lg...
