pai epal

salam

sbnrnya dah lama dah buat pai epal ni,masa bulan puasa lepas kalau xsalah, tp memandangkan ramai yang minta resepi, so ingat mcm share je la kat blog ni. resepi di ambil dari allrecipe.com

untuk crust nye,klik sini
sng je buat crust ni, cuma kena simpan doh tu at least 30min, tp sy simpan 3jam++...
bahan2 crust :
2 cwn tepung serba guna (sy guna tepung gandum biasa je)
1 sudu teh garam
1 cwn shortening (sy ganti dgn butter je)
1/2 cwn air (saya guna air sejuk-mcm air ais tu & air ni sy guna xabes pun)

-mula2 campur tepung dgn garam,then tambah butter, buat mcm nk buat karipap tu, tenyeh2 butter tu dgn tepung, jadik mcm crumbs. then tmbh air sikit demi sikit,agak2 dia xmelekat dah...jangan uli bnyk sgt ye,nnti adunan tu jadik xbes(xreti nak terang mcm mn,tp kalau lebih uli,dia jadik cam elastik bila nak canai nnti), then balut dalam plastik,letak dlm peti selama 30min or more.

lps 30min,kluarkan dr peti,then kita nak canai...ni cara 2 nak mencanai,tgk sini sndiri je la yer...klik sini

panaskan oven dulu-190 C, then nak buat filling

apple crumble - ni mcm filling dia la kiranya-->klik sini untuk ke page itu

6 cwn epal - hiris nipis
1 sudu besar perahan lemon (xletak pun xpa)
3/4 cwn gula putih
2 sudu besar tepung serba guna (bole ganti dgn tepung gandum biasa)
1/2 sudu teh serbuk kayu manis
1/8 sudu teh serbuk buah pala
1/2 cwn kismis (saya xletak pun)
1/2 cwn walnut yg dipotong2 (xletak lg bes kot,ikut suka)

bahan2 yg kat atas ni- epal + perahan lemon. dalam mangkuk lain, campurkan bahan2 kering kat atas ni, gaulkan rata. lps tu, tabur atas epal(keringkan sikit epal tu)...gaul sampai rata,letak tepi dulu.

untuk crumble-
1/2 cwn tepung
1/2 cwn gula perang
3 sudu besar butter
--->campur bahan2 ni dalam mngkuk lain, gaul2 mcm buat kulit karipap tu,jadi mcm flakes sikit.

lps dah siap canai doh tu,buat base dia,ltk la filling dulu diikuti dgn crumble,pas2 tutup dgn doh yg dibuat ala2 basket ni...
bakar dgn tutup dulu bahagian atas dgn aluminium foil selama 25minit, lps2 buka aluminium foil tu,sapu kuning telur,then bakar sampai rs dah masak(brown,dalam 35 minit kot)-xyah letak dah aluminium foil tu

tadaa...dah siap


masa tgh siap2kan basket kat atas tu,hehe

lepas keluar dr oven

selepas dipotong...

kisah laksa dan mp3

salam...
alhamdulillah hari ni selesai sudah mnjawab exam epidemiology. masuk hari ni dah hari ke3 asyik mnghadap laksa yg dimasak pada ahad lepas. penat jugak nak menghabiskan. tp alhamdulillah,teringin makan apa pun,semuanya termakbul...hanya perlu rajinkan diri dan berani mencuba. terima kasih Allah.

ok,sbnrnya laksa ni xsusah pun nak buat(kalau ikut yg tradisional way tu mmg ssh)...sbb kalau ikut mak punya resepi, guna ikan temenung(a.k.a ikan kembung),nak kena rebus dulu,pas2 asingkan isi dgn tulang,nak kena blend tulang tu pas2 tos,pas2 nak kena buat pa lagi ntah...pendek kata remeh la,ataupun dalam bhasa utaranya,RENYAH...hihi

ingat lg masa 1st year kat sini dulu,acap kata nak buat laksa,maka terasa idea tu 1 bnda yg xbole pakai,sbb time tu rs mcm ssh sgt la nak buat laksa ni,ooo,tp rupa2nya ada simplified recipe...hihi
sejak dr tu,mmg laksa ni menjadi antara resepi senang la untuk nak dibuat kalau ada keramaian,sbb bhn pun xbnyk yg perlu guna,+ cpt ja dah pun siap...


p/s:laksa di atas merujuk kpda laksa penang ye...maklumlah wujud bermacam2 jenis laksa kat malaysia

laksa lain yg pnh aku try masak adalah laksa sarawak. tp guna rempah siap je pun,tp tu pun xterer buat. memandangkan aku ni jenis yg sgt malas nak mengikut resepi 1 persatu(kan xpsl2 kena sound,hihi) maka,laksa yg sepatutnya ayam tu dicarik2,menjadi laksa yg ada isi ayam rebus je kat dlmnya,huhu(maapkan daku mengalter resepi itu)

so sesaja la nak share resepi laksa penang y g simple ni...(walaupun tau ramai yg mesti lg pndai buat)
p/s:resepi ni saja ja suka2 aku ltk kat myresepi.com ....kalau rajin,bole la tgk,hihi...saja ngada suka2 nak share

Bahan-bahan

  • satu tin sardin (tanpa sos tomato/kosong)
  • bahan-bahan blend :
  • 1 labu bawang besar
  • segenggam cili kering, direbus dahulu (ikut suka tahap pedas yg disukai) - kalau xcukup cili kering,boleh la tmbh dgn serbuk cili sahaja
  • seketul belacan (sy guna lebih kurang saiz 4x4x0.5cm) -kalau xdak belacan,boleh ganti dgn udang kering
  • sedikit serbuk bunga kantan(jika ada)
  • 4 keping asam gelugor dan air
  • garam secukup rasa
  • setengah paket spageti(sbg ganti kpd laksa)-direbus bersama sedikit minyak
  • sedikit timun,hirisan bawang besar,nenas,cili merah dan limau nipis(atau lemon) sebagai hiasan

Cara-cara

  1. blend bawang besar, cili kering(@serbuk cili), belacan(atau udang kering) bersama sedikit air
  2. kemudian masukkan isi sardin ke dalam blender dan blend, tp jgn sampai terlalu lumat
  3. tuang semua bahan yang telah dikisar ke dalam periuk. tambah la gi air sehingga kuah tidak terlalu pekat.
  4. masukkan asam gelugor ke dalam periuk. tambah garam,serbuk bunga kantan. biarkan sehingga menggelegak.
  5. di dalam periuk lain,rebus spageti
  6. apabila kuah telah menggelegak, boleh la dihidangkan bersama spageti dan dihias bersama bahan hiasan. perah limau untuk lebih sedap. tadaaa....siap sudah

penat jugak nak menghabiskan laksa ni...:-))

ok,ini lah mp3 yg disayangi,tp kadang2 dianaktirikan jugak,sbb malas nak mengecas selalu...inilah dia peneman studiku...:-p

ini adalah mp3 kedua aku,sebelum ni ada 1 yg tiba2 ja dia crash atas sbb2 yg xdikenalpasti.
yang ni pun penah jugak rosak atas sbb2 yg DIKENALPASTI...haha,jatuh dalam toilet lps 2-3 bulan beli...peristiwa jadi di paris,cuak jugak la...dah la itu ja hiburan yg ada masa jalan2 dl...huhu

lps jatuh dlm lubang tu,cpt2 amik balik(walaupun time tu tgh mamai baru bgn tido,ntah mcm mn mp3 tu boleh ikut sekali pegi toilet pun xtau,huhu)...kalau korang,amek balik x?huhu...dat was just my spontaneous reflex la,haha
then,bila try bukak balik,mmg out dah pun...mmg dah redha
but then when i was back in moscow, my fren(2b specific,maddie) bgtau yg she has read somewhere that by putting ur device in rice for several times,they can absorb d water from it,n ur device can start 2work again. kiranya mcm peram mp3 tu dalam beras la(tp lps tu jgn guna dah la beras tu,dah tercemar,uhuks)
i tried this method for like a month kot,n i worked out for my lil poor mp3...then when dayah's enset mngalami kejadian yg sama,i told her 2 try d same thing,but unlucky for her sony ericcson...~sigh

so,up till now,after like 1,5 years, my mp3 has been with me,accompanying me to class,n while i'm studying...
i love my mp3... :-p

lets do some cookings...

salam...
weekend kali ni, mood memasak dtg la pulak...banyak btui resepi yg dicuba, mmg hobby btui la...
mmg bes msk2 ni, tp payahnya bila dah masak tu, kena la makan, bila dah makan tu, jgn la nak bersungut berat naik la,apa la....hihi, dats juz d nature's rule...bila dah makan bnyk, phm2 sdiri la...

oleh sbb ada tepung kastard yg bawak dr malaysia, n i barely use d flour, so, alang2 dah ada mood nak masak, i came up with d idea of making puding kastard...n ada strawberi yg beli ari2, so, guna je la, buat hias sikit2...hihi,konon je...

puding kastard strawberi...ngeeheee...:-))

pas2, mmg ada 1 resepi ni, mmg dah lama teringin nak cuba...1 first saw this recipe on self.com, konon2 la time tu nak cari resepi yg low calories, haha... resepi ni xguna tepung nor butter, instead dia guna gula yg agak bnyk sbnrnya(mayb boleh kurangkan kot,sbb agak manis), white eggs only, walntus and cocoa powder... but d result was quite hampeh sbnrnya...most of d cookies got burnt(haha), n d survived ones actually tasted like brownies...hihi...lawak seh...
oo,from self.com tu, dia redirected kita ke website ni, lunacafe, website ni menarik, sbb resepi2 nya ada banyak gmbr n method pun sgt details... i don really recommend these cookies' recipe, but u can try it if u feel like to... 1 is bcoz once d cookies cool down, they got sticked on d aluminium foil, when i managed to pull them, d round shape had gone, all were broken apart alredi,huhu...

The batter, actually it shud be kept for a night, to make sure that d consistency is thick enuf to prevent it from dispersing while in oven, but i cudnt wait that long...layan je

then, hari ni, buat karipap jugak... dah lama xbuat karipap, dah x ingat brapa sukatan yg btui...so telefon mak td, untuk tnya apa resepi mak...
mak ckp, kalau untuk bakar, tepung:butter = 2:1, tp kalau untuk nak goreng, butter kurangkan, coz nanti akan rs sgt berminyak...so,jadinya untuk goreng tu, secawan tepung, guna 2 susu besar butter.. pas2 gaul2kan butter n tepung gandum tu, then masukkan air sejuk( dr peti ais ke), bole jugak tmbh grm, the
n uli sampai xlekat kat tgn dah... siap untuk pastri...
untuk inti, td buat 2 jenis inti, 1)sardin 2)kari ayam kent

mcm tamak,kan?huhu...xda,bukan makan sorang2 pun...so,xpa la banyak pun...

karipap...bentuk x sekata...saiz apa ntah lg...

basil pesto...nyummy...

salam...
owh,mesti ada yg pelik knapa hari ni sampai 3 entry ditulis...hihi...
dtg mood nak menulis,agaknya,dah lama ditangguh, tp bnyk yg nak di share...
ok,arini,2nd attempt masak resepi ni...1st time makan di rome dulu,mmg terkenang2 rasanya...sdp menjilat jari,alhamdulillah...:-)) so,bila balik ke moscow ni,rs teringin nak makan sggh2,so cari la dalam intenet, walaupun xsure apa nama nya...so,slps bbrapa lama menggoogle-->dpt la namanya--basil pesto sauce...boleh la google sendiri ya...

yang hijau tu basil pesto spagetti...sdp nyum3-->gambar ni yg kitorg makan kat rome tu...

tada...
1st time masak...hancur,tp telan je...

xjadik,hihi...bau pun xbes...yang ni guna basilik kering...time tu xjumpak lg yg freshnye...

2nd time masak,alhamdulillah...jadi...

ok, yang ni tggl sikit ja,sbb syok sgt mkn sampai lupa nak amek gambar...

jumpak resepi ni kat sini(klik sini) boleh ikut resepi ni,siap ada video lagi... alhamdulillah...try la,insyaAllah sdp...
p/s:ada ubah sikit2 resepi ni..
1. xguna olive oil,tp guna sunflower oil je...
2. pine nuts xtau apa dlm bhasa melayu...tp kalau dlm bahasa rusia = кедровый орех
3. basil leaves mcm ssh nak jumpak..tp xsdp kalau guna basilik yg kering tu, dah try 1st time
4. guna blender, shh nak hancur...kena guna food processor jugak kot...
5. mcm lebih sng kalau guna srbuk bawang putih je,sbb ssh nak lumat bawang putih tu...

yay!!!nak makan lg...tp gumuk la,sbb guna cheese...(^-^)

selamat hari lahir sahabatku...с днём рождения (baca : s dnyom razdeniya=happy birthday)


salam...rasanya dah agak lama x update blog...xdak idea+agak busy melayan tetamu yg dtg dr volgo...

hari ni---> 7hb februari.. --->genap sudah 22tahun sahabatku, DURAR AQILAH ZAMRI hidup di dunia ni...hepi besday gurl...km doakan yg baik2 belaka utk ampa, semoga bertemu kebahagian,kesenangan, dan keselamatan di dunia n akhirat...i luv n misshhh u sooo much...
n so,this is d cake u asked for,haha...too bad that u cudnt taste d cake(as she is in dublin, while me,in moscow)...nway,sowi d presentation is not that great,i'm juz not d girl of perfection,hihi...still,hope u like this cake...btw,this is a carrot cake...

another angle...comot sikit...nak tau rsnya mcm mn,kena la tnya yg sempat memakannya...hihi :-p...

unfortunately,kek ni nampak mcm bantat sikit,n xkembg sgt...penuh rs walnut,lebih dr rs carrot..mayb slh org yg mmbuatnya,bknnya salah resepi tu...(haha,resepi ni spatutnya utk cup cake,tp sbb mls nak mnunggu bnyk kali kena bakar klau buat cup cake)...nak try resepi?? tekan sini...+ i changed d recipe n add 2 spoons of творог (baca : tvarog =cottage cheese),n for d topping pun i used tvarog instead of cream cheese...

btw dura, video kat bwh ni is dedicated to u...:-p

winter holzz activities...:-p

gambar bukan sekadar hiasan,sila baca di bawah utk penerangan...hihi

salam...

winter holidays!!!fuuuhh,2get here (by here,i mean winter holz) we went thru several exams,not to mention running out of time with mental n physical exhaustion...but when we get here,we got nothing much to do...so,1 thing that we think might be beneficial to us is....taa daa--->cooking and baking...hihi,not to mention that it is a way to gain weight(which i dun need,coz i have enuf,sigh~),but it is really fun,knowing that u can spend time with ur housemates, n learning new things at the same time...

so,today,i decided to try a new recipe(it is new for me)...cherry cheese tart, i used cherry instead of blueberry(check out the recipe here)...actually i tried several pieces when i attended "raya haji" celebration in embassy several weeks ago, and i was intrigued to find the recipe and try it on my own...n here some pic of them...



btw, i bought those little tiny moulds in stokmann for 10 rub per piece...but it worths it, they dont stick,easy to mold..love them...:-p


for this 1, i tried to use a bigger one, bcoz i have only 5 those little moulds...the 1st batch of my tart was rather thick, not to mention they were not crispy enuf...so for the 2nd batch i tried to make it thinner...

the rest of the pict below are from the other day, i think 3 or 4 days earlier...i didnt cook anything, haha, juz made myself comfortable enjoying other people's cookings...:-p

nasi lemak edisi kukus...

malam ni,teringin lg nak mkn nasi lemak...oleh sbb dah lama teringat2 nak try buat nasi lemak kukus,so arini try la jugak...teringat pulak,dulu ada bawak beras pulut,niat hati mula2 tu nak buat pulut seri muka dgn beras tu,tp skrg dah xrs nak buat pulak(bnyk sgt telur n beras yg nak kena buat,cpt muak pulak tu)balik mesia nanti tggu mak buat je la,sdp!!!

ni la hasilnya...nasi lemak kukus, dgn sambal ayam campur sotong(itu je bahan yg ada dlm peti,sikit ayam,sikit sotong,walaupun tau x elok campur darat dgn laut,tp dah tpaksa,huhu)
kaler sambal x nmpk mcm sambal,more like kuah kari je,huhu,rs pun x mcm sambal...tp layan je la...
ada org ckp,nasi ni rs mcm lemang,huhu,xpe la,i take it as a compliment...:-p

yippee...kek cokelat...

salam...

ngantuknya,sepatutnya skrg dah tido,tp sbb td buat kek tgh2 mlm,so terpaksa la tggu kek tu masak...sepatutnya ikut resepi,katanya cuma 45min,tp agaknya sbb org yg ltk resepi tu guna oven berkuasa tnggi+kipas yg power,so cpt la kek dia msk...kita yg guna oven pinjm je(xle kutuk oven tu,haha,nanti owner dia a.k.a acap,xbg pnjm dah),so end up sampai 2jam baru masak sepenuhnya...:-p alhamdulillah,walaupun mula2 ingatkan dah xjadik,sbb dia naik xsekata,tp at last hasilnya bole la thn...kek ni dibuat in collaboration with owner of d oven(acap ler,dia yg paksa buat kek ni)...tp x buat topping,coz xde bhn,n xde masa yg bnyk...kalau ada topping,mesti mngancam,hihi...

x sempat nak amek gmbr,dah dipotong dan di ngap oleh mulut2 yg xsabar(mulut saya lah tu,hihi...)

oleh sbb sume org dh tido,xsmpt nak jamu sesapa,except maryam yg blum tido...so,i decided to bring the cake to class 2moro...alang2 mnunggu tu,bole la ngap2 kat kls tu...:-p


ini lah rupa kek yg dah di pack ke dlm bekas utk bawak ke kls esok...



kita tutup pulak bekas tu,xlarat nak tggu dia sejuk dah...ngantuk sudaa...


kena bawak bekal air masak ke kls,nanti jenuh nak mncarik air lps mkn bnda2 manis ni...tekak sy xthn sgt bnda2 manis ni,mesti kena ada air utk neutralize balik rs...huhu

time 2sleep,esok kang xbgn nya pulak...

lps ni nak try buat kek sarang semut@gula hangus...teringat mskn mak kat rumah...td patutnya nak buat kek tu,tp xlarat nak tggu sbb kena peram adunan tu for 3-4hours...:-( tgk la bila dah free sikit nanti,insyaAllah try buat...

p/s: bette,juz in case ampa lalu sini,ni la rupa kek yg km buat td tu...sila2 tgk,jamu mata...

jom try buat pau...



so this is how the pau(s) look like...hihi,dah di edit sikit supaya nmpk cantik...

for the recipe (taken from myresepi.com, a little bit modified,n inti tu main campak je bhnnya :
350g wheat flour (sifted)
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup warm water(warm tau,bkn hot)
2 teaspoon dry yeast
1/4 cup sunflower oil
salt (agak2 la tuang tu)


1. dilutekan sugar tu dgn air suam tu
2. campur tepung,yeast...gaul sikit,then masukkan minyak tu,+ grm...pas2 gaul sampai sebati...
3. pas2 masukkan air yg dah dilarutkan gula td sikit demi sikit...gaul sampai la tgn dah xmelekat dgn tepung dah...
4. pastu bulat2kan jadik doh kecil...ltk atas pggn yg dah di tabur dgn tepung(supaya xmelekat atas pggn tu)...
5. leave for 10 min...then masukkan inti dlm doh tu(buat bulat)...then letak atas kertas kecil(kertas a4 pun boleh)
6. biarkan selama lebih kurg 30 min,sambil2 tu bole la panaskan periuk utk mngukus)
7.ltkkan dlm pengukus,lebih kurang 10 min,atau sampai dia nmpk dah kembg...

pau...a success...

today me n tiha learnt to make pau by ourselves..n yay!lets call it a success...ok la,xla ssdp mcm kat kedai yg gebu2 tu...tp quite lembut la jugak...hihi,i'll upload d pict soon...ada tepikir nak buat meniaga pau ni(haha,skrg ni musim sume org beniaga),tp ada ka org nak beli...+ cycle paed,i think i better use d extra time i hav 2get enuf rest(hihi,as if sblm ni bz sgt je)...
this time kitorg buat pau inti daging...teringin nak mkn pau inti manis(inti kcg hitam or kaya)...waaa,xsabar nye nak balik mesia...

btw,skrg ni asyik nak mkn je...n rs nak try resepi2 yg bnyk dlm myresepi.com tu...
haha,resepi pau ni pun amek dr myresepi.com sbnrnya,tp disebabkan mls nak mnyukat btui2,so resepi ni dah diubahsuai sikit...tp still ikut steps yg dlm website tu...

hmmm,lps ni nak try resepi apa pulak ye..???
