tutup buku italy,bukak buku greece...hari ni,22 jan 2009,kitorg smpai ke bumi greece...dr atas kapal terbg,pmndgn sgt la cantik,bnyk pulau2,nmpk laut yg membiru,subhanallah...walaupun mata still mcm ngantuk2 baru bangun tido,tp still bole thn utk tgk pmndgn yg jarang2 dpt di tgk...mayb sekali je seumur hidup ni...

ok,simpan dulu cerita kat greece ni, kita sambung psl citer kat italy hari2...

we spent 3 days in rome,ingatkan dah cukup,rupa2nya xcukup pun,still rs penat giler,sbb berjalan kaki spnjg hari,pendek kata,mmg perlukan lebih dr 3 hari tu la utk bjln...ooo,satu reminder utk sapa2 yg nak ke rome(especially kat depan collosseum)haha,berhati2 dgn GLADIATORS(bkn sbb takut kena fight diorang,tp takut kena makan duit,huh)...jahat btui,sedap2 je burn 10 euro sorang...(total nya diorang dpt pau kitorg 60euro=300rm dlm masa kurang dr 5minit,hampeh btui)...hah,citer nye mcm ni,kitorang baru kuar dr metro collosseo,yg mana mmg tgh duk impressed giler dgn bgnn tu,jln2 la carik angle yg best utk amek gmbr,ttiba ada la gladiator ni menegur,gaya2 mcm sgt peramah(atau kitorg yg bodoh layan je,ingatkan he was just being friendly,xla suspicious sgt pooon)...siap ckp dia dah penah pegi mesia(uhuk3,ye la sgt tu)...pas2 offer nak amek gmbr,pas2 mntk byr dia...hilang terus mood...:-(

ini la gmbr yg berharga 300rm tu,huhu...dah la xnmpk collosseo pun,pas2 x center pulak tuh...menyedihkan btui...

ok la,nanti sambung lg,esok nak meneruskan perjalanan meng'explore' athens...

guess what?i lost my purse in NAPLES,ada org pickpocket ,masa dalam bas yg xlah sesak sgt,tp nmpk mcm dibuat2 sesak utk senangkan diorg pick-pocket,jahat btui...haha(mcm org giler je gelak,pdhal mcm sedih gak)...--->pasrah sebenarnya,nak buat mcm mn,tp alhamdulillah xda benda2 penting pun dlm tu...tp bila balik moscow nanti,xdak duit rubles lgsg la,n kena pegi buat lain kad metro...huhu,masuk kali ni dah 2kali kad metro hilang...mesti kena fine nanti,:-(

italy part 3

we've been in italy for about 5 days now,we've covered 4 cities,n rite now i'm in our 5th destination...which is ROME...yay!!!for the past 5 days,we visited milan,venice,florence and pisa...btw,the cities' name are different than their real name in Italiano,so it's a bit confusing to all of us...for instance,we confused Vicenza and Venezia for Venice*...luckily we asked the info,if not we'll be not able to reach Venice...the first moment we set our eyes on Venice is in front of Santa Lucia Train Station...there's a grand canal(which i didnt remember the name),it was about 9pm,and it was raining...it was stunning scenery,we all fell in love with the place...and thanx to the management of the hotel that we booked,they tried their best to give hospitality to us,as their reception closed early,n we arrived later than that...Ai Due Leoncini Hotel,the place that we stayed in...actually we booked for the hostel next door to the hotel(it's not exactly a hotel,but it's very comfy and looks very antique,Venetian-like room(hentam je ni,agak2 la)...) at first we were all scared alredi that we had to be homeless(haha), n started to panic,but then with the help of Penghulu's sharp eyes(haha,this is a compliment ok Mr Sunshine), he spotted a note that the mngmnt left for us,sticked on the door glass...that moment,we all felt like VIPs habis la...:-p
ok,enuf with the hostel...that night we spent several hours enjoying the late night in Venezia, like alwiz--->cam-whoring,haha...
the next day,we spent our morning walking around the city,then by the afternoon,we decided to take a supposed-to-be-romantic ride on gondola...haha,for sure it wasnt romantic for us,haha...we negotitated with the ''pembawa gondola'' n managed to get free for one person,so instead of 20 euro per person,we only paid about 16euro each...yay for us!!!

still in venice,woke up,prepared myself and cook nasi goreng(adabi mmg melazatkan)...2day insyaAllah we'll be heading to florence,n then PISA leaning tower...we're taking a car,yay,hope everything will b ok..
ok,i want to tell something more about milan...so,overall we spent only like 1 day in milan,n we didnt get the chance to visit(i mean visit,not shopping) the famous 5-star (or whatever they call) shooping complex...i dun want to imagine the price there,haha...
so,instead of that,we decided to go to AC Milan stadium--->Stadio San Siro Meazza,i'm not a fan of football,so i juz find out that they share the stadium with INTERMILAN as well...the merchandise store here in this stadium is way smaller than in other stadiums that i had visited last years...
owh,we asked the direction to go to this stadium at the tourist info at the central train station(which is a hard one to find)...he told us to go to Lotto Fierra 2 metro station, but from there we had to walk 20 minutes BY FOOT,it caused all of us foot pain,haha,the weather was cold,about 0-3C (i know,not as cold as in moscow,haha)...the we have to 'tawaf' around the stadium just to find the store...but later during our way back to the metro,we found out that there's another way to get to the metro...all u have to do is just wait for the tram in front of the stadium(tram no 16) and then just sit still(or playing around taking photo like we did,haha) till the tram reach De Angeli metro station..
.At first we planned to go to Branca Tower,or what we call

Tip of Milan,but the top of the tower(i guess that was the tower) is only reachable by foot,which mean we will have to climb the stairs by foot,haha,so funny which i dun think i'll be able to do that...so,instead we went for a walk and cam-whoring at Piazza Castello,it's like the ancient small fortress...at that time the place was white,filled by snow..near the Piazza Castello,there is a picturesque park(i couldnt recall the name)...

n owh,we stayed in Hostel Aldechi in the area of Lambrate...there's several HALAL shop selling kebab doner,n all...

euro trip,not exactly a euro trip,coz our trip only consists of 3 countries...alhamdulillah,so far this journey has been a great one,n i hope that i will continue t be great...so our journey starts from moscow,when we decided to take metro n express train to airport domodedovo...it gave me back ache as we had to bring our luggage up the stairs of the metro,haha...
we transited 1st at venice,but only for like half an hour,then boarded our flight to MILANO...we arrived in milan(in germany they pronounce it MAILAN)...we had 2 wait for the luggage for almost 30 minutes as the airport was pretty busy with all the incoming flight...to make it worst,we were worried of a police dog,waiting at the green lane of the exit to the arrival hall,sniffing all the begs that went thru the lane...luckily,after like 10-15 min,the dog and the police went away...:-p
we took a shuttle bus which costs us 7euro to go to the central train station...we also had a choice of using the train,but it will cost us 9 euro,so we picked the cheapest...oh,i forgot to say that we landed at milan-malpesa airport,not at the tiennale airport(i guess thats d name,correct me if i'm wrong)...then we kept on our journey to look for our pre-booked hostel...everyone was exhausted already from travelling 9-hour non-stop...but we have to go on...we took the metro...it was already 10pm, n the ticket counter had already closed...so,we bought ticket at the machine...the 24-hour unlimited ticket(it can be used on all kind of transport in milan) costs only 3 euro...but it was unlucky to us,on our 1st day of trip 2 be tricked by an italian man,that looked like wanting to help us buying the ticket,but he ended up taking our 2euro of balance to himself...huh
ok,i'll continue to tell about milan later(if i have time),but frankly said,there's nothing much in milan if ur not into high-fashion shopping(n i bet it will cost a lot,haha)...

n then we took the train to venice(cost us 13,75 euro)...n now,here i am in venice...

i have to sleep now...i've taken 1 tablet of pyreton(anti-histamine)--->i caught flu here,it was raining...ok,tata,till i meet free-wifi again...

winter holidays!!!fuuuhh,2get here (by here,i mean winter holz) we went thru several exams,not to mention running out of time with mental n physical exhaustion...but when we get here,we got nothing much to do...so,1 thing that we think might be beneficial to us is....taa daa--->cooking and baking...hihi,not to mention that it is a way to gain weight(which i dun need,coz i have enuf,sigh~),but it is really fun,knowing that u can spend time with ur housemates, n learning new things at the same time...

so,today,i decided to try a new recipe(it is new for me)...cherry cheese tart, i used cherry instead of blueberry(check out the recipe here)...actually i tried several pieces when i attended "raya haji" celebration in embassy several weeks ago, and i was intrigued to find the recipe and try it on my own...n here some pic of them...



btw, i bought those little tiny moulds in stokmann for 10 rub per piece...but it worths it, they dont stick,easy to mold..love them...:-p


for this 1, i tried to use a bigger one, bcoz i have only 5 those little moulds...the 1st batch of my tart was rather thick, not to mention they were not crispy enuf...so for the 2nd batch i tried to make it thinner...

the rest of the pict below are from the other day, i think 3 or 4 days earlier...i didnt cook anything, haha, juz made myself comfortable enjoying other people's cookings...:-p

aku mengaku,jarang sekali membelek berita2,di internet tidak,di surat khabar apa ntah lg...mujur ada slot akhbar al-islami,ada kawan2 yg rajin me'link'kan berita2 di YM,ada kawan2 yg rajin menulis ttg isu semasa,baru lah tahu apa yg jadik di dunia sekeliling...mungkin kerana sudah biasa hidup selesa...
ya,selesanya hidup di sini,makan minum semua cukup(kadang2 sampai terlebih2,membazir pun ada),tidur pun selesa,xperlu pikir benda2 yg xselesa...cuma yg mungkin buat hati kurang senang bila ada masalah2 yg terkadang tu,bknnya benda besar,xmelibatkan hidup dan mati pun...suka meng'exaggerate'kan benda yg kecil,agar nampak besar...sometimes rasa ada yg belum cukup dalam hidup,adakah aku seorang yg tidak bersyukur?
bila duduk membaca hal2 isu semasa,barulah hadir rasa syukur yg teramat sangat...aku hidup serba cukup,tidak mewah,tp cukup serba serbinya...yang penting,aku hidup di bumi yg aman...walaupun bukan di tanah tumpah darah sendiri,tp bumi russia ini masih aman...tidak bergolak,tidak kacau, tidak dihujani bom2 seperti di bumi palestin sana...cuba bayangkan diri di tempat mereka...sungguh mereka adalah orang2 yg tabah...ya Allah,selamatkan saudara2 ku di bumi Palestin sana,amin...
Peperangan zaman skrg bkn macam perang zaman dulu lagi...di zaman Rom,di zaman Rasulullah s.a.w dan para sahabat, berperang adalah antara dua hala...yakni,menggunakan pedang mahupun senjata2 di satu medan perang...yang pastinya perang zaman dahulu kala tidak menyebabkan kanak2,wanita2 yang tidak berdosa terbunuh sama...zaman kini,dikatakan zaman teknologi,(world at your fingers),tekan sahaja satu butang,terlancarlah bedilan2 roket...jatuh ke tempat awam,menyebabkan ramai yg terkorban,mostly the innocents...bayangkan melihat saudara terkorban secara beramai2 di depan mata...nauzubillah,jika tidak kuat hati,mungkin sudah lama kewarasan hilang(ini pndapat saya,if i were in their shoes)...



mereka juga mahukan kebebasan,mereka juga mahukan keamanan,mereka juga manusia,sama seperti kita semua...

sama2 kita panjatkan doa,memohon kesejahteraan untuk semua umat islam, dan semoga Allah memberi kemenangan kepada saudara2 Palestin kita,amin.
